You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop selling and sharing it.
You don't need an account, and you don't need to have bought a ticket from us. Most requests are answered within 45 days.

A short form — what you are asking for, your name and email, and where you live. It takes a couple of minutes.
Confirm it was you
We email you a six-digit code. Typing it back proves the request came from you and not from someone else using your name.
We look, then we answer
Our teams search the systems that may hold your information and write back with what we found and what we did.
